OHBA / OSHA Construction Covid Compliance Zoom Class
Effective December 7th, Oregon-OSHA now requires businesses to conduct a COVID-19 Exposure Risk Assessment and implement an Infection Control Plan, and December 21st will also require employee training in a manner understood by affected workers. We have what you need to help you comply.
As you can imagine, developing your own Exposure Risk Assessment and Infection Control Plan could be a complicated undertaking for any business to develop on their own, and potential OSHA fines for non-compliance could be even more costly. However, the Oregon Home Builders Association (OHBA) has developed a comprehensive safety program for our member contractors that includes all of the information, forms, model risk assessment plans and notices necessary to get in compliance with the rules.
Join Us for our OHBA / OSHA Construction Covid Compliance Zoom Class this Tuesday, December 22nd from 3:00pm - 4:00pm that will guide you through the OHBA COVID-19 Safety Program. We know that you’re likely to have many questions about complying with these new requirements, and we are here to help answer these questions and enable members to most effectively take advantage of these compliance and training resources.
The OHBA COVID-19 Safety Program has been developed to help you comply with the new OSHA rules, provide safe construction sites and avoid disruption or closures.

An employee training video is also available to help you meet the new employee training requirements that are now in effect. This employee training program is available online at Home Builders University.
