Residential Inspector/Plans Examiner - City of Medford

Conducts inspections of residential structures to include mechanical and plumbing systems and reviews plans to assure compliance with local and state building codes. Consult with builders and owners throughout the process.  Prepare inspection notes.  Provides technical advice and information to architects, engineers, contractors, craftsmen, and property owners regarding state and local building code requirements and installation procedures.
